It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their health and wellness goals with a Certified Holistic Health Coach. As your personal trainer, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals; personal and professional, with proven resources that I have used and can recommend. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.  

I attended a 21 day Life Transformation Program through world famous, Hippocrates Health Institute in May 2015 and look forward to sharing the learnings.  Along with improving my own personal health and energy, I gained a renewed passion for offering more education around plant based nutrition. In 2016, I attended a 2 week program at the Optimum Health Institute.  I look forward to sharing the inspiration with YOU!

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.  I provide resources for healthy meal ideas with healthy eating recipes.  I can recommend different health cleanses for body and spirit. Lifestyle is not all about what you eat, it's also how you feel and what you think. I use and recommend a variety of supplements, essential oil products and food options that have provided me personally with results.   As your personal coach, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected without deprivation. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.
