2 firm avocados, finely diced
4 to 5 baby zucchini, finely diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice and/or 1 to 2 drops of *lemon essential oil
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons micro basil (or finely minced basil) and/or 1 swirl drop of *basil essential oil
1 tablespoon minced chives, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon agave
Coarse salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper for garnish and/or *black pepper essential oil (spray top makes it easy)

Toss all ingredients until well combined.
Divide into four servings and press into ring molds.
Garnish with chives, fresh ground pepper and/or *black pepper essential oil spray, and a drizzle of olive oil.
*Check out the product information page for Black Pepper Essential Oil (CPTG) Black pepper oil provides a buttery, complex flavor. It is my opinion, that it also supports a more alkaline environment as opposed to black pepper grinds.
