1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1 cup water
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice and/or 3 to 5 drops *Lemon Essential Oil
1 tbsp Bragg’s, nama shoyu, or tamari
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill OR basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp agave nectar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
*Always use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil intended for dietary use.
Put all the ingredients in a Vitamix, Blendted or other high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
