Ingredients

Couple of bunches of curly kale

 Avocado Oil Spray, Coconut or Olive Oil

Coconut Aminos

Pine Nuts, grated; (I use a Pampered Chef cheese grater)

Directions

Clean and break apart the kale into bite sized pieces.

Spray or spread oil and massage the leaves.Sprinkle coconut aminos to taste and massage again.

Grate pine nuts and massage a third time. Dehydrate for about 12 hours or until crunchy.
