1 cucumber

1 tbsp. onion

1 avocado

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lemon juice (I added 1 to 2 drops *lemon essential oil)

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp. sea salt (I used Bragg's sea kelp delight)

1/4 tsp. chili powder

pinch cayenne

1 c. water

*Please use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils intended for dietary use


Put it all in your Vitamix or Blendtec and whirl away!

DELICIOUS and SO good for you....detoxing, cleansing and refreshing!
